Return of goods

In the Fit Injects, consumer protection laws regulate returns and exchanges of goods. Certain categories of products, including pharmaceuticals and medical products, are excluded from return or exchange once delivered due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons.

This includes all sports pharmacology products and pharmacy-related items, which cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.

Our company, fitinjects.com, is committed to excellent customer service and will carefully review individual cases. In exceptional situations, we may consider the possibility of product exchange where legally permissible.
