General Terms and Conditions

This contractual document governs the purchase and services carried out through the website fitinjects.com, owned by Fitinjects(hereinafter referred to as "the Provider"). By accepting this document, the user confirms the following:

  • They have read and understood the terms and conditions.
  • They are authorized to purchase the indicated goods or services. It is recommended that the user is at least 18 years of age.
  • They accept all the obligations set out in this document.

These terms are valid indefinitely and apply to all agreements concluded through fitinjects.com. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms, which will not affect previously purchased goods or promotions, except in the case of errors.

CONTRACT FORMATION

This document governs the purchase-sale relationship between the Provider and the user who accepts the terms at the time of purchase.

The sales agreement entails the delivery of a specific product or service for a set price publicly indicated on the website.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The conditions outlined on this page apply only to orders placed via fitinjects.com.

The payment currency is Euro.

Product prices include VAT or other applicable taxes and are listed in Euros (€).

Published prices apply at the final stage of the purchase process, including taxes, shipping, and any other services. Customers should be aware that product prices may change in real time, with prior notice provided.

Upon completing payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered user. The invoice will be available for viewing or download from the user’s Fitinjects account the day after purchase. No invoice or delivery receipt is included in the package.

Product availability is subject to final confirmation by the Provider. Initial availability information is displayed next to each product.

The customer can check the status of their order at any time via their personal account.

The order process at Fitinjects is simple and includes the following steps:

PURCHASE PROCESS

1 - Product Selection

Browse the website using various categories and filters. Once the right product is found, add it to the cart.

Then proceed to checkout or continue shopping. When finished, go to your cart.

2 - Shopping Cart

You can add or remove products, enter discount codes, and save items for later.

3 - Shipping Address and Confirmation

Log in if you are a registered user. If new, fill in the required information.

Select the delivery and payment method. You may also enter a discount code.

Read and accept the general conditions and privacy policy.

Click "Submit Order" to finalize the purchase.

You will receive an order number and email confirmation with order details.

If you spot an error in your order, contact our support team via phone or email.

If a credit card payment is declined, the order will be automatically canceled and must be resubmitted with another payment method.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

The order will be shipped according to the chosen method:

Delivery will not begin until full payment is received and confirmed by the Provider. Until then, the purchase is not considered finalized unless cash on delivery was selected. In such cases, the contract is formed upon the Provider’s confirmation email.

The Provider will notify the customer of any stock unavailability. In such cases, goods must be sourced from an authorized distributor, which may delay delivery up to 15 days after payment. The user will be informed in advance.

In case of limited stock due to high demand, orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers affected by delays will be notified by phone or email.

Delivery is deemed completed as stated on the delivery receipt.

RIGHT OF RETURN

Case 1: Return due to incorrect or incomplete data

If delivery fails due to incomplete/incorrect address data, return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Case 2: Right to cancel

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed. In some cases, changes may be accepted via customer support if the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Canceling an already processed/shipped order will incur shipping costs to be covered by the customer.

Case 3: Standard return

All items may be returned if notice is given within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided these conditions are met:

  • Returns must be in the original or protective packaging.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, including packaging, instructions, and accessories.
  • Only the amount paid for the item will be refunded. COD returns are not accepted.
  • Discounted items are non-refundable.
  • Opened food items are non-returnable.
  • Sealed hygiene-sensitive products opened after delivery will not be accepted.
  • Masks cannot be returned due to hygiene.
  • Accessories included with main items are non-returnable.
  • A copy of the invoice must be included.

Steps:

  1. Email us with item details.
  2. Prepare the return package according to the return terms.

At Fitinjects:

We inspect returned items and confirm eligibility for refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or via bank transfer within 14 days. The customer bears return costs and risks.

Minor differences in size or presentation are not valid reasons for return.

Case 4: Return of defective or damaged items

If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, a claim must be submitted within 7 days:

  1. Photograph the item showing damage.
  2. Photograph external/internal packaging and shipping label. Note condition.
  3. Send the information to us by email.

We will follow up with instructions.

Upon return, we will inspect and notify the customer of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days.

If the item is unavailable, a full refund including shipping will be issued. Partial returns mean only item cost is refunded, not shipping. Refunds go to the original buyer or as store credit.

Credit/debit card

No fees. Payment is immediate. Secure gateway used with SSL and 3D Secure. Transactions comply with PCI DSS standards.

Bank transfer

Bank details are provided during checkout. The order ships after payment confirmation. Include order number in the transfer reference. Payment validity is 1–3 business days. If no confirmation is received within 7 calendar days, the order is canceled.

Paypal

No extra fees. A secure, simple payment option linked to your cards.

WARRANTY & LIABILITY

All products are original and covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty for non-consumables, starting from delivery. The warranty becomes void if items are altered or mishandled.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by U.S. law and interpreted accordingly. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts appropriate to the user’s address or resolved through arbitration or consumer dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable.
